CEO – IQR Group – Founder, Mentor, Investor
Court’s ethos is in the true spirit of entrepreneurship with a passion for mentoring and investing in people and business. A true character with a country heart, approachable and down to earth, Court has been instrumental in the growth strategy of many companies globally, ranging from $1m T/O to $4b USD. A well-rounded expert in all areas of business from operations to finance, strategy, hyper-growth, start-ups and technology with success in various industries working with some of the world’s largest privately-owned groups as well as ASX listed groups during the earlier years in his business career. Court has also founded and developed various products of his own and created an extensive portfolio of business investments throughout Australia and Asia. Court’s three major passions in order are his family, his charity work and mentoring new entrepreneurs looking for investment or advice while launching their dreams.
Vantia Sharma
Financial Controller
Vanita holds a Masters Degree in Finance and has worked with Court for over two years across his extensive company holdings and investment portfolio. She is approachable, efficient and extremely professional and has become a highly valued part of the IQR leadership team. Vanita has also been instrumental in the success of IQR Groups charity work over the past 12 months volunteering to coordinate the ‘major distribution days’ for donations.
Andrew Elias
Sales Executive – Master Coach
Andrew comes from an extensive background in the coaching and sales arena, having helped hundreds of businesses unpack their obstacles, blocks and helping his clients create a clear strategy to bring into their market. His training and coaching expertise span across many fields with clients all over the world. Andrew has worked with Court and the IQR team since 2016, where they have created businesses in Australia and throughout Asia, building a robust global framework.
